Never will go back again! ! They gave me one quote after ok them to fix came back with an even bigger bill 3 times as high when I said I would pick up the vehicle the price dro ! They gave me one quote after ok them to fix came back with an even bigger bill 3 times as high when I said I would pick up the vehicle the price dropped back to original invoice. Witness several other complaints about customers having other issues as soon as leaving the dealership. Witness staff joking on how customers were treated!! More

I was searching for a Jeep Gladiator and communicated with Daniel Ramirez, who repeatedly promised to provide a detailed quote—including downpayment and monthly payments—but failed to follow through each time. Whenever I requested the quote, Daniel Ramirez would abruptly text, “just come in!” I live an hour away from the dealership and wanted clear numbers before making the trip. Attempts to reach him by phone were unsuccessful, as calls went to a generic, non-working voicemail. Later, he claimed to have called me ten times, though not once did I receive a call. This experience was filled with misleading statements and high-pressure tactics. If you value honesty and transparency, I recommend you steer clear of Daniel Ramirez and Big Star Clearlake. More
