No amount of apologies can clear up: 1)My credit being dinged a second time due to the incompetence and lack of communication between Veronica, Daniel and Timmie. That is entirely unacceptable for 3 employees to not have communicated correctly between themselves 2) Veronica acting in extremely bad faith after I put down a deposit on the vehicle to demonstrate I was serious. I requested form Veronica a confirmation of the verbal offer via text or email and i never received it. 3) Timmie acting in bad faith not specifying the cost , at all, of the extended warranties that amounted to an additional $11k. Had he been clear about that, I never would have added it. Chris has sent the FedEx envelope and I have received the tracking for it, to send the physical check. I also explained to him the day I was there, that Timmie was the one that requested the check and not an ACH transfer. Additionally I would think that y'all would understand that because I had to cancel the first check due to the massive errors in the buyers order, that this why the check has been delayed. I do not work for USAA and or control their processes. At this point, Big Star Dodge has only been in communication with me for the status of the check. Apologies mean absolutely nothing, nor do they fix my credit being dinged twice because of Big Star Dodge’s failure to communicate correctly and or efficiently writhing themselves. As I advised Daniel and Chris, I have been put in the position of having a panic attack because of Big Star Dodge’s mistake as well as me, the Buyer, being the one working for y’all’s business as opposed to Big Star Dodge working for my business - the purchase of a vehicle, where you received and have cashed my personal check of $9,500 plus the $500 deposit. Would have been a great experience, TJ my sales guy was top notch! I gave 3 stars on principle - promised a $50 gift card for the test drive and after trying several times to get it, I figured it was the o top notch! You figure that a big dealership like this would own up to its word. My suggestion is to try and get the gift card if promised before you sign any paperwork. After that, it seems their word is for crap. More
