I brought my Ram 2500 Cummins in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. They asked me for my wheel lock key, which I provided — yet the tires were clearly never rotated. My wheel lock still has the original zip tie and paper attached from when I bought the truck, untouched. The truck sat there from 9:30 AM to 12 PM, and they still managed to overlook rotating the tires, a service I specifically requested. On top of that, the fuel filter warning is showing on my dash — they never mentioned it or asked if I’d like to get it replaced. Isn’t that part of their job? This feels like lazy, careless service. I requested information about a new Ram 1500 listed on Big Star's site. Price & spec looked great. I got a call from a sales person saying they "aren't allowed to talk numbers" unless I come into the deal Big Star's site. Price & spec looked great. I said I'd never waste my time traveling into a dealer only to be told their website prices aren't real. I asked if we could get out the door pricing and put a deal together. He said no.
