He knew engine light was on& lied & said it was due to battery not being charged. I bought this jeep Friday march 27th. I had to take the jeep back to the dealer 4 days later due to me not being able to even charge my hybrid battery.. mind u I stay an hour & 10 minutes away from dealership & 1 hour & 30 with traffic. When I dropped it off at 3 ish & left around 4 because they gave me a loaner. I didnt get home until 2 hours & 20 minutes later. This is such an inconvenience for me& I will never purchase another car from here or refer anyone. Daniel is a fast talker& so full of it!! Stay away from here!!! More
Had a very disappointing after-sales experience. I purchased a 2025 used vehicle and was never informed that it only came with one key. While I understand that used cars may not always include multiple keys, this should have been clearly disclosed upfront. I have tried reaching out to the sales representative multiple times to ask if they could check with the previous owner regarding the second key, but I have not received any response or even a courtesy call back. The lack of communication and follow-up reflects very poor customer service. I expected much better support after making such a significant purchase. More

Recently took my truck for recall service and a defective equipment airbag. They kept my truck for a week. When I drop off my 2026 dodge ram 2500 megacab it had 5329 miles I had my wife pick up to for due to equipment airbag. They kept my truck for a week. When I drop off my 2026 dodge ram 2500 megacab it had 5329 miles I had my wife pick up to for due to I was at work I ask her the miles on the truck 6085 that’s over 756 put on my truck when supposedly it sat at the dealer for a week. I believe they use my truck for their personal use like a management or someone there they denied everything. I’m doing a investigation over this don’t take your cars or trucks there especially if they tell you it has to stay there More

My experience at Big Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat Clear Lake was beyond frustrating. I had a scheduled appointment, and my salesperson didn’t even show up. I waited 30 minutes before anyone acknow Clear Lake was beyond frustrating. I had a scheduled appointment, and my salesperson didn’t even show up. I waited 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged what was going on. That should have been my first red flag. What followed was four hours of back-and-forth with no real progress. I eventually had to leave to pick up my daughter. I was told if I came back, I’d be made a top priority and we’d wrap everything up quickly. I returned in good faith… and then sat there another two hours with nothing moving forward. On top of the wasted time, they tried to push a 20% markup over the advertised price by adding nearly $9,000 in “accessories.” It felt misleading and unnecessary. Transparency matters, and this wasn’t it. After spending essentially my entire day there with no deal and no clear answers, I walked out. The next morning, I went to Ron Carter Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, struck a fair deal, and was back home before lunch. The difference in professionalism and efficiency was night and day. I won’t be returning to Big Star. Time is valuable, and this experience felt like a complete waste of mine. More
