I brought my Ram 2500 Cummins in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. They asked me for my wheel lock key, which I provided — yet the tires were clearly never rotated. The truck sat there from 9:30 AM to 12 PM, and they still managed to overlook rotating the tires, a service I specifically requested. On top of that, the fuel filter warning is showing on my dash — they never mentioned it or asked if I’d like to get it replaced. Isn’t that part of their job? This feels like lazy, careless service.
