ZERO stars from me - I went in for a routine oil change, waited too long, and then when I left - my oil pressure light came on about a mile down the road. I pulled over and called them - they came to check waited too long, and then when I left - my oil pressure light came on about a mile down the road. I pulled over and called them - they came to check it out and the gasket was installed incorrectly causing all the oil to leak out - which is horrible for an engine, I had to insist that they tow it back to the dealership (they didn't want to since the put some oil in it and said it would be "fine") Dealt with Steven Garcia the Service Manager who was very unconcerned about my issues and wouldn't give an extended guarantee that my Jeep wouldn't have problems as a result of their incompetence - acted like I was a nuisance and didn't care about my concerns - would NOT recommend that anyone take their vehicle there for service - I will NEVER deal with a Big Star dealership again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! More

We bought extended warranty from here based on great feedback from the finance guy at Big Star. Now that I have issues the third party warranty company is such a pain to deal with. Getting something as simple as getting a rental is a pain in the xxx. Made a huge mistake and learning from it. I do not recommend this dealership. More
