If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I would never recommend this dealership to my friends or family. I’d probably send my enemy here out of spite to waste their time just like Big Star I would never recommend this dealership to my friends or family. I’d probably send my enemy here out of spite to waste their time just like Big Star did with my time. These people know nothing about having good communication and honesty between Agent and Customer. To them it’s all about the numbers. We test drove a car on a Tuesday, the car started driving wonky during the test drive and the Sales Agent Luis Torres highly advised that we take the car off the lot that night- that “It’s probably a battery issue! If anything else goes wrong, bring it back and we’ll take care of it!” No, we insisted on leaving it, and they kept it overnight to take another look at it, because we were not about to be rushed out the door at closing. The next day, we didn’t get any phone calls, no text message updates. So we went up on our own to get an update of our own. Only to find out that it was in fact NOT a battery issue, but a bunch of cylinder issues as well as starting components. All parts that needed to be ordered from Hyundai, these are all parts that were on back order- which is understandable. But again, no communication was given…So they claimed the car should be good to be picked up the next day. Next day rolls around…it’s 4 pm…no updates…we text the Sales guy who we have been communicating with…again…no communication…We call the dealership- no update on the car. Text at 5:30 that day “hey, no car today” COOL, wasted a day!!! And MORE POOR COMMUNICATION!! Could have called us earlier in the day to say you don’t have an update as well! Thursday rolls around…4 pm again…”hey, and no” thats the text we get. I’ll let you take a guess as to how well that went…so at this point, we “purchased” the car Tuesday, it’s going into Friday and we still do not have a car in our hands. Nor have we been given any kind of compensation for the bafoonery that is happening. So Friday rolls around and we finally get a call that we’re able to pick up the car- all we have to sort out is insurance. We get the car and the paperwork from the service technician- because GET THIS..! It got sent to BIG STAR Hyundai! No longer Big Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat etc! We get the paperwork from the technician and the paperwork says “Reassembled vehicle. Catalytic converter replaced.” Girl WHAT!? That was never mentioned..!! Another example of POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! So!! I emplore you to stay far far away!!! More

I believe they can do better my service experience the last two times hasn’t been the best. Probably won’t be buying another vehicle from y’all since y’all do not live up to y’all’s service agreement. last two times hasn’t been the best. The dealer is using AI to docoment your service tequest when you first call in. It was effective and accurately repeated my service needs. It then transferred me to a scheduler, but failed to communicate a when you first call in. It was effective and accurately repeated my service needs. It then transferred me to a scheduler, but failed to communicate anything, so I had to repeat it all over again. Non of that got communicated to the service advisor, so when I dropped the car off I had to repeat it all a third time. Please, get your customer-service act together. The work I wanted done exactly matched the factory recommendations. If I had not been insistent, they would have done a lot of extra work - costing well over a thousand dollars - which MIGHT be helpful but which the factory deems unnecessary. At the end of the day, the service advisor did a good job, I think the mechanics did well too, and the final price was great. I'll come back, but be vigilant. You should too. More
Was under yalls warrant brought truck in on a issue that was there before I bought it rear axle seals on a gladiator was told yall will fix the seals I would have to pay for all the brake pads even tho they was there before I bought it rear axle seals on a gladiator was told yall will fix the seals I would have to pay for all the brake pads even tho they were damaged by the oil and had no brakes I was told y’all can’t get me a loaner and allowed me to leave with the jeep with no brakes so I took my Jeep to a different dealership. They would not let me leave with it gave me a brand new light line Jeep grand Cherokee as a loaner replaced the whole rear axle new brake pads and everything at no cost to me saying it was a recall, but yet y’all couldn’t do that and I just recently bought two vehicles from y’all. Y’all have definitely lost my business and then the manager telling me that safety checks are not required by y’all before the resold the gladiator had no emergency brakes or rear brakes but yet y’all sold it to me like that that’s pretty sad and y’all wouldn’t even honor your own warranty so another dealership picked up the slack definitely earning my respect, y’all need to get it togeather More
Checked out some trucks today and worked with salesman enrique he was very helpful in helping find what i wanted, with my price point and gets straight to numbers, very impressed with the overall custome enrique he was very helpful in helping find what i wanted, with my price point and gets straight to numbers, very impressed with the overall customer service not the typical pushy salesman stuff I’ve encounter. 10/10 dealership service.
