Was pleased every step of the way until I was able to review the thumb drive I was provided instead of actual paperwork. I was fraudulently charged $4995.00 for something that wasn’t explained and the dealer hid behind the contract. Never again and I’ll go elsewhere for service. More

TJ was really good as a salesman. The finance guy was top notch as well. Did not appreciate the fact that one of the wheels was missing a lug nut and the front wheel lug nuts were The finance guy was top notch as well. Did not appreciate the fact that one of the wheels was missing a lug nut and the front wheel lug nuts were defective as MOPAR lug nuts are wont to do. I had to replace them all. The error on the screen dealing with the GPS is an ongoing issue and is not just a missing subscription. The missing cargo net for the back cargo area on the right quarter trim panel wall is much more difficult to replace than I thought due to Mopar only selling the whole right rear quarter trim panel for $500, when I only need the small cargo net snap on attachment to create the small storage area on the right rear wall.
