Horrible experience, started out great with my sales person. We agreed with my trade in that the total amount owed after as the "difference" after taxes would be $11k total. Then when I go back to f person. We agreed with my trade in that the total amount owed after as the "difference" after taxes would be $11k total. Then when I go back to finalize everything with my finance guy. The new total owed is now around $20k. I told him I'm not interested now and need more time to think about it. He said he could remove 3 of the 5 warranties but said we have to keep the other two in order to finance. I still had an issue with it but he said we had to. After leaving I even texted the sales person and he said all dealership add in the warranties. I finalized the deal not happy about the added warranties forced on me. My buddy who works at another chrysler dealership said that's complete xx. They lied to forced the warranties to increase their commissions. I was furious from that point on. No telling put of the 6 years he has worked there how many other people he forced those warranties on to increase commissions. You guys said you finally removed the warranties yesterday but I'm still pissed off. Yiu guys are dishonest and corrupt. I will be letting every major jeep group online know what you guys did to me. People need to know you guys are screwing people over. Besides that your sales guy said it had remote start. I asked him several times to show me how it worked and he wouldn't. And it doesn't of course. And he also agreed in text warranties are normally added into finance which is xx. They're and should only be options. More
