I don't tolerate liars. The salesman lied to me. He told me he would locate the owner's manual that came with my car for me. I have called twice and emailed once (to Dorena The salesman lied to me. The 2nd time he wouldn't even come to the front to talk to me even though he was there. I will never buy another car from this dealership or any other Big Star establishment. More
