The visit to the Dealership started out pleasant. The Sales Rep saying all the right things and coming off as a down to earth and all about the Customer. After looking at the specific Trucks I came there to see. I decided on one. Once we started talking financing it all changed. The process became over lengthy and frustrating to say the least. Additionally, I had asked the Sales Rep and one other Sales Rep if the were any Memorial Day or Veteran Discounts. They both said there was not any on Used Vehicles, even a 2024 Truck. I later found out from a friend who happen to buy a used Vehicle from them the same weekend that he got a Memorial Day discount on his 2024 Truck purchase. I had no problem with no, if that was truly the case. Moving forward, we were told to have a seat and to wait for the finance person and it would only be a few minutes. That turned into a 45 minute wait, while constantly telling us it would be a few minutes. Once we sat down with the Finance Person and settled on a specific loan. We did the paperwork digitally. During the process there were more then a few time the Finance person and myself caught errors in the paperwork. They were corrected, but when I received the Thumb Drive with the final paperwork and reviewed it at home. The errors were still present to include the extended warranty having $100 deductible. I tried to call TJ (Sales Rep) with no response about the matter and asked to speak to the Finance Person as well with no response. I eventually had to go to the Used Car Sales Manager to get results. Then I received a call from the Timmie (Finance Person) saying he told me he was going to upgrade the Extended Warranty. When I told him that my paperwork still says otherwise and I wanted documents to show what was agreed upon. He told me that was not possible. A week or so later I called Eric (Used Car Sales Manager) and left a message about getting paperwork on the corrected extended warranty. I have yet to hear back. I have bought a few Vehicles in my time and this was by far the most painstaking process I have ever went through. It was my first time buying from any Ram Dealership. I am sure I will never do it again and will not recommend anyone to do so from this Dealership. More

Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. When I took delivery of my vehicle, I noticed an issue with the paint. Discussed the issue with my salesman who said he would report the issue and When I took delivery of my vehicle, I noticed an issue with the paint. Within 100 miles the truck began throwing trouble codes and I noticed some things with the instrument cluster that didn't make sense. Called the salesman, sent a text and even pictures. No response. Finally got him on the phone and he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. That was more than 10 days ago. I had received an email stating that if there were any issues to call the General Sales Manager. When I called, I figured I would probably have to leave a voice mail, but instead, the message said that the voice mail was unavailable. When I tried to call the General Manager, I got the same message and was unable to leave a message for him, either. I eventually called back and told the operator that I was trying to discuss my poor experience with anyone interested. No response. I have not received a call from anyone from this dealership about my experience or the issues that I have had with the truck since I took delivery. This is terrible customer service. The terrible product produced by the manufacturer is not the fault of the dealership, but the lack of response and follow up is disappointing, thus the rating. I expected much more from this dealership. On the web site and in the dealership, there are posters and banners stating "We're listening". I disagree. The only person who took interest in my issue was the service advisor who I talked to about the issues I was having with the instrument cluster. He suggested that I take my truck to a different dealership closer to my house since they would not be able to provide a loaner or a rental while my truck with less than 200 miles was being diagnosed. I'd point out that on the web site, it states that there are rental cars on site, but I was told they have no budget for loaners and do not have rentals available. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I'd suggest going elsewhere. More
