This place really dropped the ball when I brought my truck in for a simple update when I was having issues with my navigation system. A 2 hour job ended up turning into a 3 month job. Long story short the Service Department Director Daniel Delgado resolved the issue himself and I truly appreciate his help. Daniel is a good dude and he's the only reason I would come back to this service department. More
All the service representatives are very helpful. I have been coming here for a few years now. This last experience was the only time I had an issue. I brought my car in for smoking and the rep told I have been coming here for a few years now. This last experience was the only time I had an issue. I brought my car in for smoking and the rep told me it would be 3-5 days before they could diagnose it. This was frustrating but I knew I would get good service and everythng would be done right so I agreed. I was also told there was a waiting list for loaner cars which was extremely inconvient given that it was the holiday season. Between waiting for the diagnostics and working with the rep to submit my extended warranty coverage it took them over two weeks to process and repair my vehicle. Not sure what has changed at this service center, but the wait time needs to be improved tremendously. More
