Vehicle is great. Dennis has good customer service and came in on his day off to assist and close the sale. Unfortunately, on the financing side i am extremely disappo Dennis has good customer service and came in on his day off to assist and close the sale. Unfortunately, on the financing side i am extremely disappointed in the process. I requested it to be checked through my financial institution and trusted that they took care of me to find out the next day that we went through Chrysler Financial instead at 3% HIGHER than the institution I requested. I don't think I would go back and purchase from them due to this occurrence. More
