This dealership will get to the bottom line to sell you a car, they will work with you, sweetened the deal to get it done. But I still think they can do better, by the salesman having the knowledge of what t car, they will work with you, sweetened the deal to get it done. The vehicle I bought doesn’t have one of the basic features that I need, wireless charging pad, it would have been so much easier to put your phone on pad to get it charged, than trying to dangle with a cord while driving, but again the salesman will not tell you, all he wants to do is sell you a car. I am so disappointed. Now it would cost me $1, 500.00 to install a wireless charging pad, which is unacceptable, it should be there in the first place with such an expensive vehicle. More

Because of the part, it took about three months to get my car “fixed,” but after driving it for ten minutes, the AC quit working again. After spending $1,000 to solve the problem, I was told that it would cost more than $2,000 in addition to what I already paid. One extra part was added for the last fix, and the other extra part is for this new fix. I feel like the technician has been trouble shooting the issue by changing parts to what fixes it. Vincent has been amazing; I asked him to take over for Mehma because she was not communicating with me about my issue, and she said I needed to spend over $10,000 in repairs since my car will hit 50,000 miles in the next year or so. She also wouldn’t send me any estimates or any type of paperwork. I just wanted my car fixed by an expert; unfortunately, I will have to take it to a local shop because of the issues I’ve faced. The worst part is I feel like I spent three months and $1,000 not including my time for finding the part that no one could find and purchasing that part—for nothing. More
