Sales was great and so is the service department; however, I got my Jeep from this dealership August 8th. They took forever to send my info to Chrysler so I got a bill for double month payment. Upon however, I got my Jeep from this dealership August 8th. They took forever to send my info to Chrysler so I got a bill for double month payment. Upon calling Chrysler they said it is just one month they just had not received to first payment from the dealership yet. I am currently writing this review on 10/11 got my jeep 08/08 and still do not have my license plate or my registration. I have continuously called the dealership to ask about this and my payments and everyone always just says not yet. More

Finding out quit soon that the customer service is below average. Have only owned my vehicle for a month and have yet to get anything resolved with my TheftPatrol that i apparently paid several thousand dol average.
