All workers were very kind. I got my car in and out in a jiffy and I was very pleased with not having to wait forever to get service on my car. This is the 1st time service at Big Star. Vincent was very informative and the service was really fast. He kept me updated. I had previously gone to Gulfgate Dodge 3 times where the service w Vincent was very informative and the service was really fast. He kept me updated. I had previously gone to Gulfgate Dodge 3 times where the service was very shoddy. I have owned my vehicle since June. Gulfgate kept my vehicle a total of 4 and a half months during that time. After a month and a half, the engine light would come on again. One time I had my car fo 10 days and then the light came on again. I never got a loaner car. Service manager wouldn't return my call or texts. Vincent even informed me that there were missing bolts from the previous work done. Big Star had my vehicle- diagnosed it, fixed it, including the missing bolts and was ready on Friday but I wasn't able to pick it up til Monday. 2 big thumbs up! I'm still a little apprehensive because I'm scared it might break down again (from previous history), but so far, it's running good. It's nice to finally be able to use my car. More

Great Service. I didn't have to wait long and I was given an Uber ride back to work. It was a good experience and they cleaned my Jeep as an additional nice thing. The service is great but the communication between the cst service rep n customer needs improvement , no daily update when your vehicle is in the shop, at least a text sent to say no update or they are st cst service rep n customer needs improvement , no daily update when your vehicle is in the shop, at least a text sent to say no update or they are still working on it, I’ve had it there four times sometimes I’ll send a text no reply so then I have to call and ask for my rep, sometimes it went two days and no response so I have to call then they tell me what’s going on but at least some communication, I’ve even had where they told me they were calling me and they seem to be off that day and didn’t tell me so I had to run and get my vehicle at the last minute this happened twice that’s about it. Thank you. More
