The associate I spoke with may have been in training as she had to ask someone for help writing up my work order wh This time it was a lot different. The service usually takes about an hour but 2 hours later I walked back to the service area where multiple people seemed to be shooting the breeze. The saw me walk up and ask about my truck and wouldn’t you know it was ready. Probably had been ready for an hour but no one took the time to notify me. 15 minutes after I left I received multiple text messages that my truck was ready. What a joke. More
