I took my gladiator to get my back up camera repaired. They kept the truck about a week and the camera did not get repaired. The camera was replaced but a cable that it needed did not, so I still get a They kept the truck about a week and the camera did not get repaired. They told me the cable had been ordered and that they would give me a call in about 7 business days when it arrived. 4 weeks later, January 31st I had to call your dealership to find out if the part was here. I was transferred to the parts department and they told me it had arrived January 8th. They transferred me back to service and the service department told me to just take it in Monday - Wednesday. I am very disappointed that I had to constantly keep following up with your dealership from the very beginning when my truck was first in your shop. I will be taking my truck back soon and am hoping that I don't have any more issues, so my back up camera can be fix once and for all, so I don't have to take it back to you anymore. I definitely would not recommend your dealership to any fellow jeep owners. I wanted to like your dealership since it is so close to home, but now I will be forced to take it somewhere further away once this whole camera ordeal is taken care of. More
