I had a rocky start to my truck purchase but due to the diligence of my salesman, we go through it and successfully bought the truck. The initial interaction was not smooth but Jose followed up and cal diligence of my salesman, we go through it and successfully bought the truck. Car was towed three times in one month before the problem was resolved which is unacceptable. Service Manager Dave was very attentive to my frustration, however it was the Service Department that dropped the was resolved which is unacceptable.
