I want to take a moment to Thank Alex and Oscar for an exceptional experience. I had gone to another Ford dealership, and let me say, they are not nearly and kind, considerate or respectful as these 2 ge exceptional experience. I found what I was looking for Saturday night, and by Monday, I was a proud owner of my new ride. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had the privilege to be a part of. Alex kept me in the loop with appointment times, sent be videos and auto information. I got there early and Alex was with another customer. He was kind enough to hand me off to Oscar. I've been driving a 2000 F150 and what they got me into was a spiffy new (to me) 2022 F150. I would say ALL the bells and whistles, but I was informed it was a base model. Man, Ford has come a long way in amenities. Driving in to work this morning, I felt all fancy! The sales manager was more than helpful. He shared his knowledge and insight. Overall, this has been a 5* experience and I will be glad to share with friends and family about Big Star Ford. Thanks Again!!! More

I didn’t feel pressured and I was provided the chance to thoroughly know the vehicle before I made the purchase. They were attentive to my follow-up service needs which was also a super quick and easy experience. They always exceed what I expect from a sales group and I’ve really enjoyed my vehicle. found a vehicle that I was interested in on Cargurus that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. I clicked the button to receive additional information and immediately, I was contacted by a salesman named that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. It was about 8 p.m. at the time, and John asked me if I could come in to view the vehicle the following day. I scheduled an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 p.m. the next day. He sent me a confirmation via text and email and event went so far as to send me a video of the vehicle. I left work a little early and drove from Porter, TX to Manvel in rush hour traffic only to arrive at the dealership to be told that John Cole was off on that day and that the vehicle I was coming in to view had been sold earlier that day. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. When I spoke with a manager, he basically told me that everyone is entitled to a day off and sent me on my merry way. I was floored at the lack of customer service during this whole event. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! Their customer service and lack of accountability is horrible! More
bought my wife's 2014 edge in 2015 from Alfred S. We have had all the service done here and have always been very satisfied. With over 120,000 miles, I recently requested new plugs and wires. when I We have had all the service done here and have always been very satisfied. With over 120,000 miles, I recently requested new plugs and wires. when I picked up the car, the invoice said that only the plugs were replaced. I asked why the wires were not replaced and was told that the mechanic checked them and they were OK. In my experience, wires can break down at any time especially with a 10 year old vehicle. The price for the plugs was over $600 and that seems excessive. I had my GMC Sierra 1500 serviced at Ron Carter and the plugs and wires replacement was less that $500. Thank you, Alan Marshall.
