Purchasing a 2022 F250 Platinum for full MSRP 85K. Got paperwork and dealer added another $2990.50 after market charge. Truck was not even delivered yet so tint and bed liner was not installed. The sales manager Buzz said they add it to every vehicle and they would not change it. BIG STAR FORD = GREEDY. This is my ninth super duty and I normally pay around 10K off of MSRP. I was willing to pay full MSRP because of the current supply situation but to gouge a customer another 3,000.00 is to much. I had to walk away on principle... I feel sorry for the salesman Anthone he was great. More

Called to find out if I could get my Ranger in for oil change. They said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. They gave me a 1:30 appointment so I drove from league city . When I arrived they took my truck an change. They said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. They gave me a 1:30 appointment so I drove from league city . When I arrived they took my truck and hid it out of sight. Then 1 hour later it didn’t move, 1.25 hours later no movement. They still had a vehicle in front of mine. He had a 1:30 appointment and was never told that they were short handed. COVID was their excuse. I finally had to take my Ranger and leave because I can’t drive 45 min and wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Took it to Firestone League City and got it done. Mad! More

Have had many dealings with the service department. While I am sure they probably mean well, they do not understand basic quality control. I believe they must have a very weak training system and no one chec I am sure they probably mean well, they do not understand basic quality control. The sad part is that they realize this and will pressure you into taking their survey on the spot. by the way, it will likely only be a survey about their customer service which is very often great. I have learned to not allow them any job bigger than an oil change or key cutting. or at least I used to think these were jobs they could handle. WRONG. The key they cut for me only barely works when inserted in specific orientation. And the last oil change they did left oil stains in my driveway (second time, to be honest) and they didn’t even remember to reset my oil life counter in my cluster. So I take it back the next day, they look at it..... agree that it was old oil left in the drip tray from the oil change. Assure me that it is no longer leaking and promise to have my driveway cleaned. Take my truck home and realize that they didn’t even bother cleaning the tray the second time it was there and I got more stains (I know, hard to believe). They hound you to speak to you if you ever give them less than perfect scores on surveys, but forget anyone trying to get back with you when you need to speak to someone about any issues. My wife’s explorer steering wheel is not centered after I let them do a recall service. They never got back to me when I complained about it. But really do I want them attempting to fix it, no thanks. There is another dealership just 30-40 min down the road. I rather take a drive to reputable service department. More

These reviews are a lie. Its been a nightmare dealing with the service department there. My extended warranty forces me to deal with only them and no one else in a 50 mile radius. They tell me it will take 3 days to run diagnostics when a neighboring dealer can do it in two hours. If encountered a few service personnel that really blows smoke up your >>>>. So when buying here don't be fooled by the free gas and oil changes. Some people mean well but the service is very poor. More
