Horrible. The agents lie to get you to buy. This was the most horrific experience of my life. I was referred to this location by a co-worker with the assumption from the agents that I could pay This was the most horrific experience of my life. I was referred to this location by a co-worker with the assumption from the agents that I could pay $0 down and drive off in a new car. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I dealt with an agent by the name of Bruno and Daniel for 3 days. I wasted 3 whole days working with these guys to be put in a situation where my current vehicle is getting repossessed. They promised my co-worker & I brand new cars with many other things in which Bruno & Daniel were unable to commit to the lies they told us & broke my trust in them as agents as well as their promises. Everything Bruno and Daniel ask me to do, I was able to do. I left the dealership on Saturday disappointed and decided to take my children to the water park only for Bruno to harass my co-worker asking her to contact me, and for the both of us to come back as if we were about to drive off the lot. MORE TIME WASTED! They wasted more of my time by asking me to return to the dealership just to tell me to return on Monday because the insurance place had closed before I could send them a vin number due to Bruno & Daniel wasting time. I got all the information that I needed for them, all the proper paperwork that was needed, only for Bruno to waste my entire day on Monday just to ask me for $1000 down for and older model Car, after he had me get full coverage insurance and promised that I would get a 2017 with only $300 down for $300 a month. He had me send my insurance company a vin number for a Black 2017 Elantra, thats still in the lot, only to offer me a 2012 Altima in which the 2017 made my insurance go up monthly. The Black 2017 Elantra SE is currently on my insurance. He was assisted by an agent named Daniel who also reeled me in with false promises & pretenses as well, that neither of them were able to keep. They both were aware of my current situation and did not keep their end of the deal. Now I am getting my current car repossessed because the agents at Ron carter hyundai, Bruno & Daniel, led me to believe that they would take care of everything only for Bruno to look stupid on Monday and say, "Sorry but there's nothing we can do." Im here again today because Bruno bamboozled me again by stating that I need a co-signer. I now have a co-signer that I was told I didn't need on Saturday. Again, waiting and wasting more of my time. On top of that, Bruno decided not to work with on all the lies he built, and he decided not to even speak because he was with another victim. (customer) I no longer have transportation, I'm struggling once again with my two small children because the money that Ron Carter Hyundai had me spend is spent on a car I do not have, and I'm left with no transportation or any money, my children and I had to go to sleep hungry for 2 days all because Bruno & Daniel were trying to make a sale. This experience has left me so devistated, I really advise anyone who deals with this dealership & company as a whole, to just go somewhere else. This location and many other Ron Carter locations proves the myth of the car salesman to be true. They will say and do anything to get a sale. More
