A decent experience It was a decent experience, considering the situation I was in. I went to Ron Carter Hyundai, with a used car in mind which I had already seen on thei It was a decent experience, considering the situation I was in. I went to Ron Carter Hyundai, with a used car in mind which I had already seen on their website. However, it turned out that I was not eligible to buy a used car and was only qualifying for a new car! That was strange! The salesperson and I discussed over the segment (compact sedan) and he gave the options. I knew my credit was not that great as I had just started working. I think this put me in a position where I was not left with choices. I wanted to explore other options such as Elantra Sport or the Limited, but the sales person said I do not qualify for those, leaving me with just two option levels (SE & SE tech package). Furthermore, in the parking lot, where we were choosing the color, I wanted one with Power driver seat and moonroof, the sales person said that it would be $2-3000 extra!! Maybe he was not willing to do the paperwork again! Received a car with 908 miles on it, and was told that we already included the discounts for those miles. Also, there were a few scratches on the right aft bumper, no explanation to that! Overall, it was more of an adjustment than 100% satisfactory purchase! More
