Had to go back 4 times to resign paperwork (they keep forgetting to have me sign this and that etc..)it got a little fishy when the purchase amount had changed to finally read it over again and they tried to sneak different warranty and servies I orginally declined. As soon as I threatened to drop the car off they miraculously came up with the original paperwork from the first time. I also purchased my car in at night in the dark to find a cracked lense the next day I immediately brought it back and the sales guy and manager said sorry about your back luck. The car is purchased as is. More
Hyundai Elantra Purchase Started working with one person. Couldn't get any info or help for 2 weeks. Went to the dealership to get the trade in value of my vehicle. They were Started working with one person. Couldn't get any info or help for 2 weeks. Went to the dealership to get the trade in value of my vehicle. They were too busy and couldn't help me. Called and talked to a few different people and couldn't get any help. Finally got the name of a supervisor through email and called him directly. From that point I was able to get help. I was referred to this dealership and they tried to tell me they would not apply the referral bonus to the person who referred me because they weren't registered in the referral system. I almost walked out at that point because they were the only reason I was in there to do business and I thought that was unacceptable when they already told me that person who referred me would get the bonus. They ended up only sending a $100 check to the person who referred me to them instead of the promotion (pay car payment up to $500?). The whole experience was extremely stressful, but they did good in the end and they were able to give me a good deal. I am happy with my purchase, but I am so glad it's over with. More
