Unprofessional and waste of time. First salesmen was unprofessional and rude during negotiations and refused to understand where my offer numbers where comming from. Tried to hold my trade on keys hostage when we tried to walk away. Second salesman was better and as bad as the first was and how much better the second was... I can't help but think it was staged. Took over 6 hours to get the vehicle. And it wasn't even inspected to drive off the lot that day. More

With some gentle nudging from my sister, I embarked on my first NEW car purchase in 20 years. I was interested in a Tucson (similar to Old Red) and Paul Jones showed me both new & used options. I splurged on new and am so very glad that I did. The ride is great, the amenities wonderful, gas mileage stupendous. Everything I had hoped for. Thank you, Paul, for being patient with me and being there every step of the way. I love my new "Ruby" !! More

My experience with Ron Carter Hyundai Chris Heins was my salesman he shared with me he had only been selling cars for 2 months and I think he did a marvelous job with this sell.
