A busy dealership with good experience Generally I can see this is a popular dealership with lots of customers, but there are still enough staff to take care of me with patience. I did my r Generally I can see this is a popular dealership with lots of customers, but there are still enough staff to take care of me with patience. I did my research on the quotes before I walked in so I was well prepared, this Ron Carter dealership offered the (much) lowest quote and they have honored their offers, this I appreciated greatly. Naturally they did tried hard to bundle other service packages to cover their reduced gain, which I totally understand and would not think of as a down. In the end I have to overpay a bit on their dealer-installed options such as tinted windows and get a very high rate of 4.99% for 60 month loan from hyndai finance to close the deal with the great OTD price (I believe it is about $2000 lower than other dealship could have offered). I was happy to get this deal in the end, I won't consider the slight overprice on the dealer installed options a loss on my side, it's really just a couple hundred vs the 2k overall discount; and I can always do refinance on the loan later. I did this in totally less than 6 hours in the dealership (I made the trip twice as my first visit was in after work hour), and I think the time and efficiency is quite satisfactory. One slight issue was that when I got the car, I found that there were a couple slight scratches on the windshield, it was obviously there was some stickers on the car and when they were cleaning the car for me they scratched a bit too hard, because I still see some sticker residue there. But it was slight and hard to notice, and that was their service ppl not the sales. And also I found a scratching blade left on the back seat a week after I've been driving the car, luckily it did not cut someone. More

I had very little time to be able to complete my purchase due to the coming Copa America match. Hector worked tirelessly to ensure that i would both be on time and leaving in a brand new car. Originally i intended to purchase a used vehicle, but financing through the dealership proved to be a far better option for me than through my bank and i was able to afford far more than i expected. I was on time for the match and was able to give a few friends a ride home in my new 2016 Veloster. How lucky am i to have such an exemplary first time car buying experience?! It's all thanks to the stellar service I received on each visit. More
