Sirs, The Enclave has now been in your care for about a month. We were last told it would be ready this past week. We do appreciate the use of the loaner car, however, the reason we visited Ron Carter on the 22nd of April was to obtain a larger used vehicle. We spotted several vehicles to consider. The enclave was one of the few vehicles that we look at that day. The week of May 20th I was searching used vehicles online and dealerrator.com had the same maroon 2008 enclave listed for under $18k. So we contacted Ron Carter through dealerrator.com to get a closer look. So I know the vehicle sat on your lot for at least a month. My wife was off the day of the sale and met with a different sales person than that responded to the request from dealerrator.com. I would imagine that you track the source of sales leads, you would have access to the amount of time the vehicle was on the lot and the reason the vehicle was listed for $18k on dealerrator.com. Again my request is that you honor your advertised price. I asked in my last email if you could provide justification of the $26k you charged my wife for the same vehicle advertised for under $18k. Prove to me this feeling of my wife being taken advantage of and overcharged almost $9k is unfounded. Please be kind enough to respond, thanks.
