EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Buying a new car was not on the agenda for 2016, but after an unexpected car breakdown I was left with no choice. Needless to say buying a car doesn’t generally register as a “stress free” experience in life. However, the dealership & salesperson were recommended from a previous consumer (family member) who had purchased not one, but two vehicles from this location in the past. Clearly that spoke volumes to me and I was reassured that the staff at Ron Carter would ease all fears and deliver exceptional customer service. This by far was the most painless, stress free car buying experience of my life. Both gentlemen, Stephen Payne & Lupe Pena were very patient, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. I left not only with a new car, but with the peace of mind that I wasn’t being tricked or manipulated into buying something I didn’t want nor love.
