Excellent Vehicle Purchase Experience My vehicle was totaled, by my insurance company, and I was given a rental to drive while I bought a new vehicle. The amount given for my car was much less than I expected and was the only means for a down payment! I researched, online, several Hyundai dealers' inventory. This would make the fifth Hyundai purchase within my family. I reviewed Ron Carter's Hyundai inventory and made contact with Cassandra, who was very knowledgeable and customer friendly! I was frank about my credit challenges, and she assured me we could find a vehicle that could be financed. Appointment was made for a test drive: incentives included $25 gas card for test drive and $300 Walmart gift card if I purchased a new car. For the first time ever, I went looking for a new vehicle alone so this was somewhat intimidating. All the staff at Ron Carter's main focus is customer friendly, ensuring that customers are comfortable. While I waited, David, came over to introduce himself. Refreshments are readily available, hot dogs and popcorn, to name a few, and arcade games for kids! My first solo vehicle purchase went smoothly, and Cassandra was very accommodating to ensure that I was comfortable during my wait time for financing. Cassandra ensured my that my new car was gassed up, clean, helped empty my rental car and even notified Enterprise to pick up my rental so I didn't have to be bothered about returning my rental car. In summation, my vehicle experience was excellent and I did not have a headache when I left! The courtesy did not end after the car purchase; Cassandra gave me her business card and told me to feel free to contact her for any further assistance I might need with my new car! Ron Cater Dealership has invaluable customer friendly staff and I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

Should have said no Poor experience overall. I came in for a used car.. Was told that I couldn't finance a used car.. That I had to get a more expensive brand new car. Oh Poor experience overall. I came in for a used car.. Was told that I couldn't finance a used car.. That I had to get a more expensive brand new car. Oh and if it was new I'd have a better interest rate in the single digits. Once I agreed and got back to sign the papers, my interest rate was double what they told me. I was lied to.. And the aggressiveness of the dealership got me into a car I didn't want. 3 weeks later and the car I traded in hasn't even been paid off so now I'm stuck with 2 car payments until they can figure it out. i will never purchase anything from this dealership again.
