They made the long drive instead. That is first class service! More

Never seen so much of lying and cheating! My biggest motive for writing this review is to prevent Ron Carter from being dishonest to more customers and to make them pay more. These are their g My biggest motive for writing this review is to prevent Ron Carter from being dishonest to more customers and to make them pay more. These are their gimmicks: 1) They try to bring in customers by claiming to beat any other dealer by 1100$ but I bet they will never give it to you. They will ask you to to bring the picture of a buyer's order from another dealership, which no dealer will give you. And if you somehow manage to do it, they will add a "package" costing 2995$ to your price! (Read about this package below) 2) They entice customers by the $300 gift cards. Other dealers give straight-up discounts, Ron Carter gives gift cards. You choose! 3) They let you play the money machine game. The maximum that people can stash into their t-shirt is never over $60. Which is honestly peanuts considering the value of the car you're buying. 4) Here comes the package: It is the most wasteful thing I can imagine a person buying at this dealership. The only things that are useful in that package: window tint, oil changes and tire rotation; all of these add up to no more than $1000 if you buy them at the most expensive shops. You're literally giving away the rest of your $ 3000!!! More
Very Happy! Very Happy with my Purchase!!! I visited the dealership to look at cars on my way back from UTMB hospital a little over a month ago and met a Sales Pe Very Happy with my Purchase!!! I visited the dealership to look at cars on my way back from UTMB hospital a little over a month ago and met a Sales Person, Chris. He was very friendly and helpful and asked what brought me to the dealership that day, I explained I needed a new vehicle being my truck was broken and I was interested in an Elantra. I also explained,it needed to be within a budget and it may be a few weeks before purchase because my husband was in the hospital. He understood the situation, made me feel like he genuinely cared and after we test drove the Elantra he wished me well and told me he hoped my husband would be ok. I knew from that experience I wanted to get a car from there. Chris kept in touch periodically for the few weeks it took to go through my husbands brain surgery, and even the two times I tried to make it to the dealership but was called into work; never making me feel pressured, hassled or that I was an inconvenience. When we finally! came back, Chris was genuinly happy to meet my husband and then made sure that we got the car we wanted. Which ended up being the Elantra GT, (WITH OPTIONS)!!! He worked hard for us to get it to the right price, and brought his manager into the conversation (who was also very nice!) and even swayed my very stubborn husband with a deal that fit our budget. All in all, I got the car I loved, at a fair price and Chris's casual friendlyness made this process a positive experience!! More
