Don't bother going anywhere else! I came to Ron Carter to look a new Hyundai Elantra that I had seen online. I called ahead and Juan Pena had the vehicle I requested pulled, washed, an I came to Ron Carter to look a new Hyundai Elantra that I had seen online. I called ahead and Juan Pena had the vehicle I requested pulled, washed, and ready to test drive when I got to the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and accommodating, and Juan was such a pleasure to deal with. Juan and his brother Lupe got me a great price on my trade-in, and since I ended up choosing another model Elantra of a color they didn't have in stock, they gave me a loaner car to drive while they had my car delivered. Juan has kept in touch with me since I purchased the car to make sure that I'm satisfied with everything, and has made himself available to answer every random question I've had. I just had my first oil change and encountered the same excellent customer service with the staff in the service department. The service appointment was also so easy to set up online. I can't get over how convenient and efficient my entire experience with this dealership has been. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Ron Carter!
