Horrible! I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave from Ron Carter Cadillac Clear Lake from Stephen P. in September 2013. When I drove the car it did not have any probl I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave from Ron Carter Cadillac Clear Lake from Stephen P. in September 2013. When I drove the car it did not have any problems. After I took it home and had moved the steering wheel closer (using the telescope steering) I started hearing a lot of rubbing in the front end. I took it back and wanted my truck back....but they assured me they would fix the problem. Well three months of driving every last low-end junky car on the used car lot. They did not fix the problem they drove the car more than I ever had. I wanted them to do me right and buy the car back so I could get into something else. Then Stephen P. had the nerve to tell me that I should have not bought the Buick because he advised me against it when I came to look at it. TOTAL LIE!!! I DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!! Well they tried to screw me buy giving me bottom dollar for the car. I took the car to a Buick dealership and spent 1,500 out of my own pocket on repairs (not covered under the 3K warranty I bought that was supposed to be the best you could get) and that did not even fix it. After it continued to leak was told it would take another 2K to fix the leak! I traded it in. Now I have attempted to cancel my warranty and GAP insurance on two separate occasions with no success....they do not have the paperwork. The horrible experience just won’t end! Now for the third time I will attempt to recoup the money I spent at the terrible car dealership! Do not buy a car here….take your money somewhere else! More

Great Experience at Ron Carter Hyundai I was at this dealership for about 3 1/2 - 4 hours, but it didn't seem that long at all. My daughter and grandchildren were with me and no one ever said, "How much longer are we going to be here?". Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and I LEFT WITH MY BRAND NEW HYUNDAI ELANTRA LIMITED!! Very friendly, helpful service. Lupe Pena was who dealt with and he was awesome! There was plenty of entertainment, face painter, snacks, catered BBQ lunch, slushies. A great experience and I will recommend Ron Carter Hyundai to my friends and family! More
