worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!! Kilan Anderson and Scott Sanders were liars and just overall horrible salesmen. I drove 3 hours to get a car that we talked to Kilan about for 2 days, Kilan Anderson and Scott Sanders were liars and just overall horrible salesmen. I drove 3 hours to get a car that we talked to Kilan about for 2 days, we told him to have it ready and when I got to the dealership the car was not there. For 1 and 1\2 hours he made me watch YouTube videos of the great customer service while he ran around. Come to find out it was a demo car, which he failed to mention and that it was loaned out to another family until Saturday. Then Scott got involved because they could see I was upset and tried to make it right by showing me a dirty inside and outside car and wanting me to pay more, plugs the paperwork invoice he showed me had the car miles at 9 while the car had over 2100 miles. Oh and i asked to speak to the GM multiple times and wouldn't you believe he was unavilable but i could come back tomorrow and talk with him. I ended up leaving at 9pm with my Honda and will let everyone I know how bad this place is. Don't believe one word they say, everything is lie to try and make you buy something else, but I don't fall for that crap. Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle fixed us up today with a new 2014, with only 58 miles, cheaper than what I would have paid here for something with 2100 miles, check them out!!! More
be aware i went to buy a car and the sales person worked out his "magic" to get me in a car he goes and comes back with an approval so he comes and says i was i went to buy a car and the sales person worked out his "magic" to get me in a car he goes and comes back with an approval so he comes and says i was approved and i saw a car i was intredted in which was about 25000$ regardless my deal was no down payment and i can refinance after 5 months i never got to test drive the car or even take a close look at it till i sat down and signed countless papers and got full coverage insurance on it till i got a chance to get in it and drive it also they said someone is going to wash the car and fill it up with gas which never happened i got the car and the gas indicater was on, so far everything is normal till the same maneger calls me after 6 days from buying the car and told me that they need to talk to me regarding something so i went in and been told that the bank approved a lower amount which means i cant keep the car or if i do 8000$ down then the bank will approve to refinance the rest or i can get another way cheaper car or a used one which means they just try to get you screwed som how and yeah their manegers are the worst people out there . More

One of a kind customer service 5 star experience.. Me and my husband were in need of a new car. We were referred here by husbands Sister who has already purchased 4 cars through them. They were welcoming, and made sure we got exactly what we were needing. They even had unlimited FREE popcorn, hot dogs, drinks and best of all for us ladies, is free mocha's, lattes, cappuccino etc!!! Even with not the best of credit, they were able to meet our needs. I would absolutely recommended them to anybody needing a new car or even advise you to trade in the one you got.. They even have an awesome referral program and will pay anybody's car payment for a month who refers them. FYI HINT HINT My name is Lindsey Frank.. Great Service and Knowledgable sales person I recently went in to trade in my current car which is a 2011 sonata. The salesman was knowledgable on the inventory in stock and was able to find two I recently went in to trade in my current car which is a 2011 sonata. The salesman was knowledgable on the inventory in stock and was able to find two cars that would fit the needed i had told him i was looking for. one was a dodge ram and the other was a santa fe, after driving the ram i felt it was what i had asked for but the salesman took the extra step and showed me the santa fe too so i could have something that fit my needs but were a variety. i fell in love with the santa fe and was able to drive out the same day happy and satisfied. my salesman was stephen payne. i highly recommend him. More
