Elantra Purchase This is my second vehicle purchase with Ron Carter Hyundai. I’m very happy with my new Elantra. It’s a great car and would recommend it to everyone. This is my second vehicle purchase with Ron Carter Hyundai. I’m very happy with my new Elantra. It’s a great car and would recommend it to everyone. My overall experience was great. The only negative would be the management and finance area. I felt I was quoted a fair deal but when it came down to signing the final paperwork, I was given a different APR and term. It was not a huge difference but I felt like the sales manager and finance manager could have done a better job at presenting the offer without trying to run a numbers game. More

But, I must say the car buying experience with Ron Car I have, and my family have bought many cars over the years. Not all experiences have been good. Another Satisfied Customer 2 weeks ago I went in to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a white 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. I was quickly greeted by someone, although he was with a cust 2 weeks ago I went in to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a white 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. I was quickly greeted by someone, although he was with a customer, he had a sales person out within 2 minutes to help me. I test drove and loved the car. We started talking numbers. I saw an online add for the car so that is what initially brought me in. After finding the false advertisement, i.e. discounts and rebates I (and not many others will qualify for) and that they wouldn't give me what I wanted for my trade-in, I decided to leave after 2.5 hours of wasted time. This past weekend I was planning to go look at a 2013 Elantra elsewhere but figured i was better off buying new. So I again went back to Ron Carter Hyundai to see if maybe I could maybe get a good deal. I went in and waited for a sales person that was recommended by a family member. But instead we saw Alexis Camarillo. He was a nice guy and talked to us like normal people instead of random customers. He and the sales managers honored my trade in offer that I got from Texas Direct Auto, which was way more than Ron Carter was going to give me. We haggled the price a little and got it down to something I could afford. After getting to finance, it took about 45 min before I was out the door in my new car. It was a little sketchy at times (like at almost every dealership you go to) but all in all I'm a very satisfied customer. I love my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. More

my return to ron carter hyundai for next purchase hello my name is Edward Wilson I recently returned to ron carter Hyundai in friendswood to purchase a new Hyundai sonata and as before it was great I hello my name is Edward Wilson I recently returned to ron carter Hyundai in friendswood to purchase a new Hyundai sonata and as before it was great I went back to jon miller who was previous sales guy the last time I was here to purchase a Hyundai elantra he is great very friendly and straight forward and no pressure at all to buy I found the sonata I wanted and he went to work getting me the best possible deal he could on the car the reason I give this dealership a 5 star rating is because their service is top notch they have food and drinks and clean facility and make buying a car stress free and my sales person jon miller was awesome thanks jon miller for putting up with me being so picky lol I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle without hesitation thanks jon and thanks ron carter Hyundai for a great car buying experience More
