Classic Bait and Switch or just plain liars??? I sent an inquiry over the internet for a specific car and said that I wanted to buy it today. I received a call almost immediately and was told that I sent an inquiry over the internet for a specific car and said that I wanted to buy it today. I received a call almost immediately and was told that the "Internet" price for the car was $9,705. I told them I would be down there in 20 minutes. When I got there, I spent 2 hours for them to come to me and tell me that the price for the car would be $14,200 and they would get me another $500 in cash rebates. I only went to them because of their quote they offered over the phone. A business should be held accountable but only business with integrity would be. I was lied to, bottom line!!! More

Not so with Ron Carter Hyundai and the team with whom I worked. James Teng and Lupe Pena (sales) were a first-class team - professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were very easy to work with and let me take my time asking questions, and test-driving several models. As a former Hyundai customer of Ron Carter (2007-2010), Patrick McClelland (Service) still remembered me, and reassured me that 'he would take care of me' with prompt service and loaners. In the past, I have referred to the back room Finance manager as the 'Devil'. Not so, however, with Jarred Howard. Although late night (10:00 pm), he was patient, and answered the questions and concerns I had regarding interest rates, add-ons, etc. The overall car buying experience at Ron Carter Hyundai was a "10". I am looking forward to working with them while I own my 2015 Genesis and other Hyundai car purchases in the future! More

Great Experience The first thing I noticed when I drove up is that the sales team did not rush you in the parking lot as I have had happen to me in the past at other d The first thing I noticed when I drove up is that the sales team did not rush you in the parking lot as I have had happen to me in the past at other dealerships. This was nice as it gave me a chance to browse the selection at my pace. When I was ready to get help from the sales team they opened the front door for me and asked who I was there to see and did not assume that they were going to automatically be my salesperson. Nice to see that these folks are not out to snag a sale from each other. After I did say I needed a sales person Mo introduced himself to me and proceeded to assist me. He asked several questions to be sure he was putting me in the correct vehicle. His suggestions were right on the money. After selecting the vehicle the part of car buying that everyone dreads (negotiating) began and I was surprised to see that it was not a test of wills but instead them helping me purchase at the best price and with great financing, way better than my credit union. Overall very happy with everything. Also make sure you go on a Saturday they have great free barbeque. More
