He was very courteous, knowledgeable about the features, answered all questions. When we needed to discuss pricing he was prompt in notifying the next manager. Each manager we dealt with was courteous and listened to my husband's concerns. Each time an offer was made, it was taken seriously by the managers and they returned promptly with a response. Our overall experience was great. My husband and the salesman came to an agreement to the price we wanted to pay. More

Long Day We told the salesperson that we had never traded-in a car and did not know how it worked. He told us that the dealership would pay-off the balance bu We told the salesperson that we had never traded-in a car and did not know how it worked. He told us that the dealership would pay-off the balance but did not emphasize that we would be responsible for the difference. We feel that when it came to the actual numbers, the information was not explained thoroughly and passed over quickly. Also, the sales person and financial person interfered with with our personal conversations when it came to questions and concerns we had. We even talked about coming back the following week and coming back with a better down payment. We spent hours there and did not see the actual cost until the very end and the cost was more than what we had been told. This is the second time we go to Ron Carter and we did not have the same experience the first time. We felt pressured, and we did not have a good experience this time. My wife went to the dealership the morning after to see how we could return the car. If we could return the car, we would do so. More
Awesome experience! What an awesome experience! With a credit score of 505 I thought it would be impossible for me to get into a new car. Ralph made it happen. He got What an awesome experience! The finance team went head to head with the banks and negotiated a price I could live with. Ralph was up front with me and kept me informed the whole way. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and quick to offer a smile when ever they walked by. I would recommend this dealership and definitely my sales guy Ralph. Thanks Ralph and everyone involved in making my deal happen! Side note: While I was waiting there were several sales people who walked by but one mans face I will always remember is Christian Karamitsos. He was so kind. While I was waint for Ralph to finish with the client ahead of me Christian asked if I needed anything and pointed out that there was another waiting area that has food and drink. Super nice guy.
