Horrible Service After purchasing a 2013 Cadillac ATS, we had problems with the engine. When we took it back to the dealership to get the problem checked out, we only After purchasing a 2013 Cadillac ATS, we had problems with the engine. When we took it back to the dealership to get the problem checked out, we only received a horrendous experience with them: They called us two days later, claiming the vehicle was fixed, and when we got to the dealership, the car wasn't fixed at all! Apparently, they "Didn't know what more they could do" even though they didn't do anything at all. Being understandably upset, we argued that they needed to fix the car, and instead of helping us, they argued with us, and they even threatened to call the police on us after we had spent $43,000 on this car. They're a wonderful experience..... Until you buy the car. Then the only thing you get is bad service and police threats. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Of all the places we have been to buy a car, this had to be the worst. I repeat, DO NOT go this dealership! Worst experience ever. More
