Way to Go!!! Thanks David Waters!!! Awesome Team! Our sales rep. David Waters did an outstanding job at getting us in the car we wanted but even better! I came in with thoughts of skepticism but after talking with David he made us feel comfortable from the start. He answered all our questions and he made sure to get us the price range that we had in mind. Even though we didn't get the E-price, we got a car that had more features at a great price and David even explained to me over the phone before I got there that the Eprice is for if you qualify for all the incentives, so I knew what to expect before I got there. Even though it was late, we were never rushed and he made sure to have the car washed & detailed so we can drive off in style. Even after the sale was done he followed up with us to make sure everything was ok with our 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for David Waters if you are looking for another vehicle, he will take care of you and shows great patience when dealing with you. More

The perfect Graduation gift I came across Ron Carter Hyundai dealership through auto trader & I was amazed at the prices they had cars listed for. My husband & I were in the mark I came across Ron Carter Hyundai dealership through auto trader & I was amazed at the prices they had cars listed for. My husband & I were in the market for a new Hyundai accent for my daughter as a high school graduation gift. We completed a pre approval online and within minutes we heard from a rep from Ron Carter (Stephen Payne). Stephen was nothing but helpful in assisting us to purchase the vehicle. We visited the dealership and within the day we had the keys to her new 2014 Hyundai accent! The staff was very attentive and courteous to us as we waited for paperwork to process, they even stayed after hours to complete everything and make sure we were fully covered. I would recommend Ron Carter to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thanks again!!! More

Love my unexpected new car I was coming in to get my Hyundai Elentra serviced and was talked into trading it in and leaving with a brand new Volaster. Great Customer Service I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Ron Carter and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. My sales person Maryann Estrada wa I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Ron Carter and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. My sales person Maryann Estrada was as nice as she could be. She walked me through the trade in agreement and purchasing procedure from beginning to end and I drove away getting everything I wanted. The sales staff there are very friendly and I was very happy with my experience at the dealership. When I went in to pick up my licence plates Maryann was not not in but a very friendly salesman Tasos Karamitsos went to find them for me and even went the extra mile to install them for me. I have been to many Houston area dealerships in my quest to find the right car as well as a good salesman. When I arrived at Ron Carter, I was immediately greeted by John Russ. This man was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his job and earning my business. John bent over backwards to make sure I had a great car buying experience, got the most for my trade and a very reasonable price for my new care.
