Friendly dealer Went to Ron Carter because of an internet ad. I had not really intended to buy a Hyundai, i was just checking to see what they were like. Got hooked Went to Ron Carter because of an internet ad. I had not really intended to buy a Hyundai, i was just checking to see what they were like. Got hooked up with Miles Walker. He did not hesitate on showing my exactly what I asked to see. Usually when I go without my husband, salesmen try to put me in a more decked out car than I ask for. Miles did not, in not doing this he earned my trust He also did not seem to be in a rush to get back to someone else. His focus was on us. In the past when I have went out car shopping without my husband, I get asked if he will be joining us later and Miles never did that. On the day of purchase, we were dreading the actual buying process due to the back & forth between the sales men and their Managers. We were out of there in great time. Everyone listened to us and got right down to business. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Miles to others. More

I was extremely satisfied with my first purchase so I knew that I would be going ba This is my second new vehicle purchase from Ron Carter Clear Lake. I was extremely satisfied with my first purchase so I knew that I would be going back again to do business in the future. I went into the dealership this morning to look into refinancing my 2013 Hyundai Accent Hatchback and instead I drove away with a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. Not only did I get a new vehicle but I also received a much lower interest rate than what I had received on my first purchase. Miles (my salesman), Frank and Tony (finance dept.) worked hard for hours to make this deal happen for me so that I didn't have too much of a difference on my payments. Their customer service and willingness to work their magic is why I will continue to be a faithful Ron Carter customer again in the future! Another great experience! More

I love my car! I never thought I would be buying a new car, but after my cobalt was up for recall and I couldn't seem to get the part and honestly I didn't feel safe I never thought I would be buying a new car, but after my cobalt was up for recall and I couldn't seem to get the part and honestly I didn't feel safe driving around. After I searched around, my Daughter took me to Ron Carter, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Isreal Salzar, was a great help and extremely patient.
