I came into the dealership not expecting to buy, but couldn't turn down the sweet deal. When it came down to it, the dealership gave me an offer for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was $1500+ less than another Hyundai dealership in Houston. This sales man were the worse experience so far for my family in buying a car. We waited for over an hour, they did not ever offer us water and did not apologize for the wait. They walked pass by over ten family in buying a car. We waited for over an hour, they did not ever offer us water and did not apologize for the wait. They walked pass by over ten times and did not say a word. We thought they were just busy, then one came we filled the papers, then got switch for another sales person and switching desks too. When finally they came with the keys for a test drive another sales man said " Who is driving my car?, Why is out here? I need my keys? but he was talking in reference to the car that we went for a test drive. Really, that is the way that you guys conduct business.??? After all the hours that we wait we left without buying the car for poor customer service a bad treatment. More
