While intending to purchase a preowned vehicle initially, I drove 45 miles to inquire on a new vehicle listing comparable to the price I was looking at on a preowned. I was skeptical at the low price and feared a bait and switch. However, I met with Gary Crow and Rudi Garcia who were able to put me in a new Hyundai Veloster for a great price. Their knowledge and customer service was excellent. They stood by their word and delivered. I would definitely recommend the drive and visit Ron Carter. Ask for Gary and Rudi, the service and pricing is worth it. More

We were greeted by Mike, a manager, as soon as we walked in the door and asked if we needed assistance. We told Mike that we were looking for Eric. Mike knew immediately that Eric was serving a customer and in the door and asked if we needed assistance. We told Mike that we were looking for Eric. Mike knew immediately that Eric was serving a customer and told us that he would let Eric know we were here and find out if Eric's partner was available. I was surprised when Eric walked up to introduce himself and let us know that his partner, Miles, would be able to assist us. Miles was great to work with. He answered every question we had, he was patient, and most importantly to us he did not try to pressure us into a decision. We left feeling we had purchased a great new car at a very reasonable price. More

Gary Crow was our salesman & he was very professional, friendly & courteous throughout our purchase. Before going out on a test drive he informed us about certain features on the Sonata Hyb professional, friendly & courteous throughout our purchase. Before going out on a test drive he informed us about certain features on the Sonata Hybrid. He also told us about other features of the car during the test drive. We were very impressed about all the information he gave us. He also told us that we probably wouldn't remember everything but to feel free to call him with any questions. We got what we wanted on our Elantra that we traded in. It took negotiating on the purchase price of the Sonata but overall it was a great price. John Hewitt in financing explained everything he was doing & is a great asset there. Another person who also was very helpful was Rudi Garcia.
