Went in to trade in my vehicle for a bigger one, I didn't end up trading in. I was looking into buying a Chevrolet or GMC. Well I was talking to Alex and he offered me a Hyundai, I really wasn't inter didn't end up trading in. I was looking into buying a Chevrolet or GMC. Well I was talking to Alex and he offered me a Hyundai, I really wasn't interested but he told me give it a try. So I did, I test drove the sonata and i fell in love. I am so happy with my purchase and if it wasn't for Alex being patient with us we would of not gotten anything. but again I want to Thank Alex and I will highly recommend him n this dealership. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Sonata and i love it!!!!! More

I enjoyed my buying experience mainly due to the assistance of Israel Salazar, the salesman. We had seen several cars online. We had never been to Ron Carter before and ended up in the back of ;th assistance of Israel Salazar, the salesman. We had seen several cars online. We had never been to Ron Carter before and ended up in the back of ;the lot with not a salesman in sight. Israel was checking the inventory and asked if he could help....I had looked for a car for several days.....being 75, I don't make up my mind very quickly. Eager to help, Israel showed me several cars, and within 20 minutes, we were inside, and Israel worked to get me a good deal (including a"sight unseen" trade-in on my old car). He showed me all the "bells and whistles" on my Tucson. The gentleman who completed all the legal paperwork, Richard Deemer, was also efficient and informative. We returned to this dealership because we had a great customer service experience on our last purchase. The folks are very friendly and very accommodating. Everyone we talked with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and informed on the cars we were looking at. I purchased a car there in 2010 and have had excellent service. This brought me back to buy another car. Our salesman, Jarred Howard, was top notch. I wanted to compare the model I was buying to the si service. This brought me back to buy another car. Our salesman, Jarred Howard, was top notch. I wanted to compare the model I was buying to the similar model that Kia makes. He allowed us to take it to a nearby Kia dealership and compare side by side.
