Although the drive is a bit far, I think it well was worth it. I came there with a price in mind and with the help of Clarence, I left the lot with a great car, under my intended price. My Dad found this dealership online and they had really great deals so i came down from Austin to buy as car here (much better deals with you guys by the way) Anthony was supposed to be there to help us bu great deals so i came down from Austin to buy as car here (much better deals with you guys by the way) Anthony was supposed to be there to help us but had stepped out, at first everyone was a little confused about what was going on with anthony not there and the car i was wanting to purchase nowhere to be found i thought it was going to be a long bus ride back to Austin with no car, but that all changed when Jim Holsen came to help us he was very knowledgeable with the productt(even though the other staff kept moving the cars he was trying to show me) and really worked to help me stay within my budget while getting a car that i am falling in love with already, Although the entire process did seem a little slow, overall I had a good buying experience, and I believe the sloth service had nothing to do with Jim, I just think there was a little confusion when we go there and it was resolved! This is my 3rd Hyundai purchase!!! I really have enjoyed driving Hyundai's!!! I recently went to Ron Carter to have my Elantra serviced, as I am new to this area. Patiently waiting, I decided to bro driving Hyundai's!!! I recently went to Ron Carter to have my Elantra serviced, as I am new to this area. Patiently waiting, I decided to browse the lot at the new models, of course I was approached by a sales guy, I immediately let him know I was only looking as I waited. But he was pretty persistent in wanting me to take the new model Sonata for a ride. So we went for a drive, with no intentions on buying a new car, as soon as I jumped in, he showed me all the features my car didn’t have. As he compared my simple Elantra to the bluetooth, Navi, and the amazing automatic to manual transmission. I had to have it. Still a little skeptical, not wanting to stress with the details, I literally sat there for less than 15 minutes. Sales guy walks out with trade in details and a deal I could not turn down. Happens to be the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Mike, I love THIS CAR!!! More

He made the dreaded car buying experience much more comfortable. He was made sure we were getting the exact car we were looking for and was quick to negotiate a price that we were happy with. James even offered to buy us lunch since my wife, child, and I didn't have lunch yet. Also, a big thumbs up to Frank in the finance department. When we were finished in finance, James helped up transfer all of our belongings to the new car and also parked it under the covered area in the service department because it was beginning to rain again. He is truly an all star in customer service. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to go to Ron Carter and work with James Teng next time they are in the market. More
