Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac is in its third generation of leadership. It was founded by Bill Black II in 1955 on E Market Street in the heart of downtown Greensboro. They moved to the current location at 601 E Bessemer Avenue in 1966. At that time the dealership was Black Cadillac Oldsmobile. Bill Black III was named Dealer Principal of the dealership in 1984 and purchased North State Chevrolet in 2004 after the phase out of the Oldsmobile franchise.

The oil change and tire rotation service took almost 2 hours. Nothing out of the ordinary. The unfortunate issue was that the $69.99 coupon was not included.
