I bought Michelin tires at Boyd County Ford in 2010 and drove them for 16000 miles. They started dry rotting in the sidewall near the threads. Got my truck worked on christmas eve @ boyd they charged us for a oem part amd put a napa part on with a $200 price difference! I came up to Boyd Co Ford becuase my daughter and son in law just purchased a Ford Taurus from you and some other people in my family have recently purchased a car from your dealership. I was on my way to Don Hall to look at a Malibu and my son in law told me to come up and look at a 2010 Mercury Milan. We test drove it and I loved it. We went in and started talking about what we could do. The sales man took my stuff up there told me my vehicle looked very good for it to be a 2003. Nothing MAJOR wrong with it. He came back to the table and told us the dealership had 18k in the milan and it had been setting there for a year. Thats fine that it had been setting there for a year. I was willing and ready to take that car then. They came back and offered me 1300.00 for my car. NADA ROUGH trade in value is 4100.00 and I didn't owe that on the car. My son in law wasn't going to let me get ripped off by the dealership and he said we will think about it. The salesman was off on the next day and told me he would call me on Friday. Well he did call me on Friday after he talked to the big boss and he said they couldn't do anything with the milan but if I wanted to get the fusion sport that had almost 50k more miles on it that he might be able to give me more for my car. I have been thinking about it and looking at cars and trying to decide what I want to do. I drive almost 100 miles a day to work, I wanted lower mileage I didn't want to already be up around 70K on a car. The salesman called me back this week and he ask me what I was doing and I was taking my daughter to the dentist and then I was going to Don Hall to look at a car. Boyd county Ford claims to exceed your expectations is the biggest line I have ever heard.... I was so disappointed in the way I was treated and I will tell anyone I know and deal with not to deal with the dealership. I do not think I was treated very fair. I would have walked out of there with the Milan in a heartbeat but it isn't my fault that you have to much money in the Milan. The salesman told me that the dealership was already loosing 3k on that car... Well as far as I know the car is still setting on the lot and I guess it will set there longer. I will buy my car from another dealership. EXTREMLY UPSET OVER THE TREATMENT. More

Michael waited on me and I told him the problems I was having with the front suspension where it would "clunk" when I hit a bump in the road. Also a complete service was done on my car and the total bill was just $268.80!
