My parents' 2015 Ford Fusion qualifies for Ford's 25N17 program (free rear view camera replacement after evaluation). They dropped it off at Bill Collins Ford of Louisville and explicitly authorized the re program (free rear view camera replacement after evaluation). They dropped it off at Bill Collins Ford of Louisville and explicitly authorized the repair, as their camera has not worked for several months. This dealership held their ONLY CAR for 4 DAYS (8/11–8/14) and returned it with an invoice stating "no work done." Is Ford able to fix this safety issue in a timely manner? We are far from satisfied, and I will not be recommending Ford to anyone. I wish I could leave 0 stars for this kind of service. More

purchased a new Navigator Black Label and a lot of things were not explained and there are some things missing. This dealership needs to work on their communication skills. I called several times to be sent to a phone number that went to a mailbox that was full. When I finally got an appointment made to get a recall done on my truck the technician that did the recall was fantastic however, it took more than a week to get an appointment, because I could never get anybody to answer their phone or where I could leave a message. The motto of this company is price sales cars. Service brings customers back. This is one customer that that statement may not bring back. More
