Service Advisor Joe was very professional and helpful. Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for a check engine light. The work seems to have been done correctly and car was clean when I picked it up. My only issue is the 4% fee for paying with a credit card. Any credit card fee is unreasonable, much less 4%, which I assure you is much more than the dealership is paying. More

Come to finn out they didn't put a mester cylnder on it. That it met all of Fórds spec. Took my vehicle in on Monday afternoon for a noise in the dash. Was told that it would take a couple days by the service writer Tony. When I checked back on Friday, I was told that they have not looked at t dash. Was told that it would take a couple days by the service writer Tony.
