I started my search online for the Chevy Trailblazer LT model. Looking for the Vivid Orange Metallic one. I found at two dealerships. I made a inquiry at Bill Deluca spoke with Salesman Marc. He met me as model. Looking for the Vivid Orange Metallic one. I found at two dealerships. I made a inquiry at Bill Deluca spoke with Salesman Marc. He met me as soon as I arrived. Then showed me the vehicle. I fell in love with color and the features. Explained I’d be purchasing with a trade. He asked me my top payment Amt. I explained what it was that it was to include extended warranty. He went off to sales manager and came back asked what I wanted for trade. I explained and 15 minutes later I had my offer with the payment I needed!! I called and canceled my appointment with the other place in between my offer being accepted and finishing the incentive offer that I could do to get a little more off. I was like Wow no haggling no fast talking just straight respect for both our times and the hard figure I gave. Since I’m out of state I needed to come back next morning for the car and sign. I did and that only took 1 1/2 which included going over my options in my Trailblazer and I was good to go!! It was totally amazing to get a vehicle in less time it takes me to food shop!!! I would highly recommend Bill Deluca for your next purchase they are amazing and attentive to the details. My salesperson Marc was also truly amazing he helped make it all go smoothly and asked the right questions so that the sales manager could also handle his end smoothly. More
