We recently decided to trade in our smaller SUV and upgrade our vehicle to fit our growing family. We went to the dealership knowing almost exactly what we wanted, and our salesman Steven was able to put me into my dream car quickly! I usually dread a trip to the dealership because it’s intimidating and I tend to feel uncomfortable, but they were all so easy to work with, honest, super personable and not your typical pushy salesmen. Steven was fantastic with giving updates on my car as it was in transit from a different location and got me into it right away when it arrived. I’m absolutely loving my new 2026 Traverse and I would definitely recommend Nucar of Lowell if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. You won’t regret it!

Mirak Chevrolet is now owned by McGovern, but the service personnel seem to be the same. I recently took my 2025 equinox EV for some technical service bulletin work. I had tried to get this done at another dealership and was treated very badly. I want to say that I was treated very well at McGovern and told them so. The experience was so much better. Previously had been regretting my purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle, but now I feel more secure.

During the process, I noticed an issue with the wheel alignment on my car. Adrian immediately took responsibility and helped resolve the problem without hesitation. His responsiveness and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who is both highly knowledgeable and truly customer-focused. Adrian made sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a Corvette.

Finding the Chevrolet area of Commonwealth was difficult, so I went to Honda. Jeffrey was most polite in checking the stock # I presented, and we drove to the Chevy area whereupon I took a test drive. When I decided to make the purchase, he arranged for me to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. Poe at Chevy gave me the car tour, set up my phone, and showed me the various options. I am very happy with the vehicle, have a lot more to learn (!), and am happily doing that! The process was pretty smooth. I did accept the additional warranty/insurance policy, but I will be returning that with the $50 payment, per the contract. But Anthony was not heavy-handed about it; I simply didn't stick to my preference after awhile. All in all a very good experience.

Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

Don Sudbay is the best Chevy service I have ever received, Simply the best. Heads above Herb Chambers who I dealt with for years, I found out the Service manager doesn’t even know what he is talking about. My son told me about Sudbay and they fixed my problem in 2 seconds, Chambers had no idea how to fix it, awful.

Trying to make an appointment at this dealership is difficult and annoying. Their automated attendant is useless and you can rarely get a real person on the phone to help you, and when you do, they forward you to a "scheduling coordinator" and you get their voice mail. I very much enjoy Hyundai Palisade and would recommend it, but I do not recommend this service center. I should not be this hard to schedule an appointment.
