Service is horrendous to be kind. Scheduled at noon and sat 55 minutes staring at my car waiting for it to be moved. Everyone must have been at lunch. I finally had to request my car be serviced and the wh sat 55 minutes staring at my car waiting for it to be moved. Everyone must have been at lunch. I finally had to request my car be serviced and the whole oil change and tire rotation took 15 minutes. The service waiting area is under endless construction and has no bathroom facilities. My latest repair required a rental car for warranty repairs, no rental car was available when I got to the dealership, nor was a dealer loaner available. I had to request a ride home and am waiting for a rental car. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered on a new vehicle. More
