I have never experienced such bad customer service and professionalism. The salesmen chit chat in the corner while you sit there waiting for someone to assist you. They did not provide me with any informa professionalism. The salesmen chit chat in the corner while you sit there waiting for someone to assist you. They did not provide me with any information about the vehicle and seemed to have no knowledge about the vehicle they were selling except that “this is the price you get”. No warranty, not even pre certified for being a used 2018. I ran into a good friend while I was there who told me to not make a deal as he also had issues with customer service and fixing his car that he was finally picking up after months and paying more than what he was quoted. I took that as a sign and left! When you are investing a lot of money into a vehicle you would think the salesmen would make you feel as though you are making the right decision rather than a lot of red flags for a bad one. It’s sad to see. More
