Always greeted promptly, went in for an oil change and tire rotation, offered a coupon but the service advisor said she had a better one which was much appreciated. I had a battery issue with my Acadia that was under warranty. Rather than inconveniencing us with a tow and being without our vehicle, Steve sent a tech to the house with a new battery and swapped it warranty. Had a much better visit in late February when compared to this trip. The gentleman I worked with previously made the effort to give me updates and escorted me to the front door to bring me to my car.
