When you are told that the dealership is going to pay off your lease and ALL fees associated with it and agree to a purchase price for a new vehicle, you don't expect a phone call saying you owe more. Once your lease and ALL fees associated with it and agree to a purchase price for a new vehicle, you don't expect a phone call saying you owe more. Once you sign the paperwork, hand over a check for the full amount, you think the correspondence is over. I certainly didn't expect a phone call that the amount they paid was $83 short and that I was responsible for paying the difference. I called and spoke with Sandra in Finance, explaining that I didn't obtain the payoff information myself and that any payoff expenses were owed by the dealership and not me. I didn't own the car anymore and the agreement was that Bill Dodge would pay for the lease. I figured that they would understand that the possibility of interest could exist depending on when they sent in the payment (something I assumed was unnecessary to explain) and Sandra sarcastically said, "Well, I guess we'll have to pay off the interest YOU owe on your lease" and hung up on me. All I could say after that interaction was "WOW!" I wish this had been the only negative experience I had with Bill Dodge and I intended to hold my tongue because my experience with my sales person, Nate, was so good, I didn't want these other things to overshadow the good job he had done. Unfortunately, this was the last straw for me. The finance team was inflexible, rude and unprofessional. I obtained financing from an outside credit union and communicated the purchase price to them and just needed to pick up the check and bring it over to the dealership. When I confirmed that the check was ready to pick up, the loan rep told me that the dealership communicated the purchase price was $500 more than was agreed upon. It was the end of the day so we had to wait for the dealership to send a new bill of sale to the credit union. Once that was fixed, Brian in finance scheduled us to meet at 9am the following morning to finalize the purchase, sign paperwork and hand over the money. I arrived for the appointment and he wasn't there, in fact I was told that he didn't even come into work that day until 11am. I waited over an hour to be fit in by another finance person but of course, they had other customers (understandably). I finally told the admin I had to leave because I had an obligation at work that I couldn't miss. Meanwhile, the plates had been taken off my trade-in and the salesperson had to run around and fix that just so I could drive off the lot and get to work. Brian called me about 5 minutes later saying he had just gotten to work and heard I had left and wondered when I could come in again. No apology or acknowledgement of the situation at all. Finally, the next day, the paperwork was signed and money exchanged. Now, 3 weeks later, the phone call that I owe more money and then, this woman hangs up on me. The dismissiveness that the employees showed to me and the attitude that I was making life a hardship on them by declining responsibility for their error is not worth my mental energy or time. I will not consider Bill Dodge a place to do business again. There are enough dealerships that are interested in providing good service in a professional manner that I encourage everyone to go elsewhere. More

Ken Sweet provided the utmos GMC. Our salesperson was Ken Sweet. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bill Dodge. Ken Sweet provided the utmost professionalism, was extremely knowledgeable and insured our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Ken is genuinely a great salesman that showed respect and kindness throughout the entire sales process. Everything went extremely smooth — it was a no pressure experience. We left the dealership with our new truck with only positive thoughts of our truck buying experience! This is the dealership to buy your next vehicle/truck!!! More
Paid for service plan & extended warranty, but the Service manager Steve & GM Patrick could not even see the warranty in their computer system. So, vehicle went in for oil change, tire rotation and in Service manager Steve & GM Patrick could not even see the warranty in their computer system. So, vehicle went in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. 2019 Terrain 41k and needed passenger's side wiper blade for a sticker. Couldn't even come out to the waiting room and address the issue instead they called our home phone and sent an email saying a a wipe was needed and it would be $80 for wipes!!! Gets better, when the vehicle was turned over it was pointed out the front passenger's seat was moving up and down. Well, it was said the bolts were checked and tight & if we wanted it checked further then an appointment would be needed, and we would have to pay for the appointment if nothing was found to be wrong. Well already know there is something wrong!!! 1.5 hours later, no sticker, seat fixed or even checked and a request to pay them $80 for wiper blades [which I got RainX at Walmart for $23.00]. So talked with Steve in charge of the Service Department {Call was recorded} Steve have now desire to talk with me and even said I yelled at him. LIE. Steve said my vehicle was out of warrantee and if GM would not cover the coast to figure out want was wrong with my seat, then I would have to pay. He could not even see there was an extended coverage, and I did not say anything. He was rude and could care less. His reason the seat was not check was because his guy get a flat rate and he would not expect them to spend an hour on my seat. AGAIN about the $$$$ not the customer. I then talked with the GM named Patrick, he backed Steve and he too was rude. At one point I mistakenly called him Steve and he said this is Patrick, I want you to have the names straight when you tell this story. {Professional Not} All customers should be treated the same, doesn't matter if you have purchased one vehicle of 6 like I had over the course of 8 years or so. Patrick then told my he had given my options and I pointed out he had not, I told me I would have to set up an appointment and pay for it to find out what is wrong with my seat. When both Steve and Patrick were asked if a passenger's seat that is rarely used in a $40,000+ vehicle should last more than four years..........NEITHER WOULD ANSWER. The two could not tell me if a seat in the cars the sell and service should last more the 3 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Both SALE and Service. YOU cannot do one stop shopping here. More
Called the service dept for a new key fob for my GMC sierra and they quoted me 149$ over the phone told me service has to program it. Transfer me to service n the technician told me “we can really do it sierra and they quoted me 149$ over the phone told me service has to program it. Transfer me to service n the technician told me “we can really do it whenever, doesn’t take very long” told him ILL BE RIGHT OVER!. When I showed up parts tried to charge me 179$ at first til I told them I JUST spoke with someone quoting me 149$, they ended up giving it to me for 149 THEN I go to service and they tell me they’re booking 2 weeks out! I told him I JUST spoke with someone 15 mins ago n they told me they could program it anytime that it doesn’t take long, n he tells me well he can’t verify that n he don’t know who I spoke with n he can set me up with an appointment that he can’t bump somebody else off the list when it’s potentially a customer that’s been waiting for months to get their vehicle in. This dealership is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but if I can save someone else the headache, not dealing with this place, GREAT. I will never go back to bill dodge again. When a company doesn’t keep their word, it says a lot about that company! More
